How do you comfortably carry your fixed blades?

Thanks, I’ll check it out. Maybe have them shipped to insect shield first!

I have had great luck with Under Armour sleeveless compression shirts under a t-shirt or other garment. Work great for AIWB of a firearm or knife, and they have proven quite durable. Also, no sleeves to wrestle with under another shirt. (They fit close to the body, so you never grab the shirt when reaching for a pistol or knife.)

I bought six a few years ago and they've been terrific.

I skied 50 hours a week (during the ski season) for a professional ski patrol and would run through great gear often. Under armor was the best base layers I used and still have many that are 10 years old and still in good shape. Best base layers I found by a long shot. Their outerwear was a different story.. but I suppose their name says it all, under armor is excellent at just that

I use either a soft IWB loop or a Utiliclip XL on the front side of the kydex sheath, and carry IWB around 4 O Clock on my waist. I will often put the sheath between the belt and pants instead of fully inside the waistband. Keeps the handle tight to the body. I flare out the mouth of the sheath and round the sharp corners so the sheath is comfy against the skin. I try to have the top of the belt just under where the sheath flares to go around the handle.

Kydex for fixed blades for me when possible, but those kydex clips place the handle quite high, so I've taken to making adapters using leather. This one was short enough that I wrapped the entire section with leather, anchored it to the sheath using copper coloured fasteners and the belt loop is folded over and glued down, ain't going anywhere soon.

I must say that many things “horsewright” said in his post seem to be accurate for me. The sub 7” overall length is very important it seems. My new addition “Bradford guardian 3” is virtually forgettable when wearing. It’s light and very comfortable. The blade geometry is fine, the handle provides a plenty stable grip for my hand when choked up on and I truly don’t feel it at all while doing any normal things like chair or car sitting.
I was looking for a reasonably light duty edc fixed blade that was capable of doing the normal edc chores I expect of a knife. I think it’s capable of that and more. So far I’m happy to report that this is one (likely of many that would work if kept to these parameters and carry rig) that is working for me.

These are from 3-4 years ago but I mostly carry the same today. CM style inverted to draw reverse grip edge out, attached with a g-clip mostly but sometimes a tek-lok or other metal clip. For a medium sized blade I find this to be the most comfortable. Larger knives I attach to my belt with an Esee 5/6 clip plate.
