How does a nearly Perfect Knife Not be Perfect?

Just melt the tip of paracord and just before it cools down dab it with something and pull it. It will make a really thin piece of melted paracord that you can put through the hole and force the rest through.
 
Simplest way is to just heat an end and get it melty....before it cools completely, twirl it between your fingers to bring it to a tapered point....put as much of the point as you can through the hole....grab that with pliers or vice grips and PULL it through to where you need it.
 
All, Thanks for all the input. Yes perhaps it can be done, but my thoughts are why go through that much trouble...
