How long until you lose your cool?

I ordered a RAT-7 from savsonswordsandknives.com in early December, and still haven't recieved it. I've sent polite emails and even offered to take something else in return, but to no avail. So how long would you guys wait before doing something rash?

You may be waiting a very long time for your knife. If you paid by credit card you should maybe start thinking about starting the chargeback process.

Then, you lost your money to a dishonest dealer with lousy customer service.

If you have the account number you still may be able to get a chargeback. The CC company won't likely be as motivated. I would still give them a call and see what your options are.

Hmm. What if you no longer HAVE said credit card/bank account?

Do you still have a card from the same credit card company? What I mean is, if you paid by Visa, do you still have a Visa card, even if it's not through the same issuer? If so, check with the credit card company and see what can be done.
