How many custom knives do you have?

dont have that many now

5 tom mayos (3 lefty tnts, 2 fb)...plus one of his watches :p
2 bailey bradshaw gents folders
1 neil blackwood small hybrid hunter (the first one like that)
1 rick hinderer lefty folder
1 G. Hawk folder...the one with the funky frame/mechanism
 
Allright, I counted: 39
- Only 6 are stock removal (not forged)
- Exactly 13 are Don Fogg's.
 
Bandaidman, you have nice knives there!! The G & G Hawk, is it the ET that you have? It sounds like the ET, from your description. Sweeeeeeet!
 
I only have two, one a handmade piece from a Lancaster PA maker whose name I can't remember, with carbon steel blade and an antler handle. Also, a hunting/utility knife from Razorback Knives with 5160 steel and African buffalo horn handles.

Would you sell one to me as a "user"? You could stamp REJECT on it and then my friends would think it was custom-made for ME! :)
 
About the same as cockroachfarm has. (between 100 and 1000)

50 and 11 on the way... And one long-term girlfriend on the way out: How else could I afford the knives? I had to let go of something...

8 folders and 2 fixed blades.

But if you are asking me as the wife, then its just the 2 fixed blades. The folding stuff are all factory knives made in China costing $10 each. Honest.
 
i have around 25 pieces.

i'm mostly focused on eastern style blades - tantos, wakizashi and a couple katanas. though i do also have a few western styled bowies & hunters.

and getting back to your first post joss, you're absolutely right - you do need to sell some of your colection, starting with your fogg pieces ;)
 
Not sure, haven't done inventory in a while and it tends to change...
