How many cuts with your knife?

well I can see that would be a great test but I don't see myself getting the test in the next 10-20 years lol

so I guess the question is what is a good test to do to knives to see how they will hold up in a hunting situation.

On the hunting part I consider a knife sharp if it can skin out and quarter an elk or hog. Hogs have thick hides like elk
