Person: How many knifes do you carry?

Me: 4. 2 Bucks. 1 Browning. 1 Mora.

Person: Why?

Me: Why not?

Person: Do you carry a gun?

Me: Left it at home.

They looked at me like I'm slightly mad.

On the same day, at the same time, in one pocket or four or in the same pocket. I'm so confused about your ? about knifes.

I big folder in the fr and a se dfly in my lf pocket..
 
3 on my belt, one in my pocket. The Mora is my every day carry as is the buck 110. The Browning full curl I brought to clean up the brass at work and the buck trio was in my pocket when I put on my jeans. I normally just carry two.

Trying to wean myself down to just one carry. I have a knife addiction and I'm not seeking help. I enjoy the addiction.

With me it would have been slightly different:

How many knives do you carry?

Me: One, sometimes two. Why? Don't you carry a knife?

Person: No, do you carry a gun?

Me: What sort of question is that? None of your damn business.

I would look at him as if he is slightly mad.
 
At least 2 knives, 4 blades on my person every day (main folder, backup folder or fixed blade, SAK and multitool)
 
On my person every day? typically 1 but sometimes two. There is always a multitool in my backpack.
Innawoods? Generally depends. Scouting, I'll have a chopper and a SAK-type. Camping I'll have a chopper, scandi belt, a SAK-type, and probably a mora in the backpack.

I always wonder what exactly goes on that people EDC 4 knives.
 
I was in bass pro one day and struck up a conversation concerning knives with a young guy working behind the counter. I asked what he liked to carry and he pulled out 6. So at least I haven't gotten that bad. Lol. I only had 4 because 2 I brought too work because we have some brass cleaner and I wanted to clean them. The Mora is everyday carry. The buck trio I placed in my jeans the day before and forgot about. It's not that I carry an army of knives every day. Maybe 2. A fixed blade and a folder. But if I do so what? I like to have a backup.

If I carry anything less than 11 knives on me , I feel naked and afraid.

Danny is the craggiest guy I've ever seen. Glad he's doing what he does now. And I like the knife closest to his right hand, like a little bolo.
