How many knifes.

Every day carry? I keep an ESEE Izula clipped to my belt, and an ESEE Candiru in a cordura sheath in my back pocket. I have an ESEE 3 MIL clip-point, partially serrated that I keep in my bag. I also have a Becker BK14 EsKabar lashed to the shoulder strap of my pack.

Carry whatever makes you feel good. Usually one knife and the small Leatherman Squirt PS4. The knife has historically been a Vic SAK, but I have been carrying a GEC sodbuster for the last couple of weeks trying it out. Occasionally I'll have a second knife like a ZT, Spyderco, or Benchmade.

I only carry one...a no name brand liner lock painted in camo that I picked up at a Uhaul many years ago. I paid under $5 for it. I picked it up the day I rented the Uhaul to move across the country...we had everything packed up when I realized that my wife packed away all my knives. I never thought I would still be using it, but then again, I never thought it would be such a decent cheap knife. Pocket clip, lever lock, skeletonized frame...all painted camo. The knife holds a nice edge yet the blade is marked 440. It's also marked China. There's no markings on it, so it's been difficult for me to find another one. I've been carrying this for the last 9 years, telling myself that my Boker will come back out of retirement when this knife dies...but it's still there.

To be honest, if I could find another like this one, I'd pick up a few of them. This is likely the most used pocket knife I've had in my adult life.

I have a set up. Most every day I have a EDC/Self Defense folder clipped to my front left pocket, usually to be waved into reverse grip edge in. I also always have a little SAK on my keychain. I sometimes Carry a smaller "La Griffe" style knife either around my neck or in my right side front little change pocket that comes on jeans. Sometimes this little La Griffe type knife is the only knife I end up carrying. Then sometimes for special occasions or especially camping and stuff I carry a larger fixed blade on my right side 3 o clock belt position.

EDC - 1 pocket folder

Yard/Garden/Hike - 1 pocket folder + 1 belt fixed

Hike/Camping - 1 pocket folder + 1 belt fixed + 1 pack large fixed

Ever seen the movie Desperado?

1. No need for more than 1 unless you don't trust in your blade/steel type, just extra weight and bulkiness. If I was out camping or hiking, 2.

Currently I carry 1 or 2, as well as my lm fuse that I don't use as a knife.
I need the toothpick and tweezers so I either just go with a full sized vic or just pair a vic classic with whatever else I'm carrying.
More often than not though the other knife is a traditional with 2 blades, so you decide how many knives this is 😁

I EDC one knife. It rotates. Right now I cam carrying a ZT 0801. Sometimes I carry a Benchmade, Kershaw, or Cold Steel.

If I am hiking or hunting I have a sheath knife too. I also usually have an extra knife at the fire department.

When I am not at work I EDC a Springfield XDS45 or a Ruger LCP :D I do not want to potentially be the guy with a knife in a gunfight... (yes I have a permit for it)

I carry either a Ruger LCP(wearing it right now) or my shield 45. I like knives but I'm realistic. Pray to God I never have to use them except for on the range.

Lately, a Vic Super Tinker, Vic Manager, Leatherman Squirt P4 and Buck Vantage. But that changes seasonally, or depending on what long term projects I am working on. I never carry a gun.

I carry a Leatherman Wave on my belt, a Smith & Sons Mudbug in a pocket sheath in my left front pocket, and a Case Medium Stockman in my right front pocket.

I have been carrying a modern OHO, a traditional, and a Kershaw Cinder on my keychain. I choose a blade according to who is around. Some people can't handle seeing even a traditional knife but the Cinder's 5/8" blade has yet to evoke a negative reaction.
