How many knives do you carry daily?

Varying edcs , one in my pocket each day. And a partially serrated Spyderco Endura is my car as a back up all the time.

In total, 4, but 2 of them wouldn't be classified as "knives" IMO, my main folder (this changes), my CRKT Minimalist on my belt (conceals better on the belt than on the neck for me), a little SAK (couldn't find on the site, not sure of the name) on my keychain, and my SwissCard in my wallet. A lot of the time if I'm not carrying anything else I'll always have my SwissCard

I carry my SOG Trident and a small multitool at work, and 1 or 2 varying folders otherwise. I also have a very small, cheap, no-name multitool/LED light on my key ring, but I'd never really consider it if I needed a blade.

Usually 2. A main EDC folder (Spydie PM 2 in my pocket now) and a mult-tool, typically a Leatherman Squirt PS4 or a SAK. I always have a Victorinox Spirit in my bag, but it's just too heavy to carry.

EDC Carry:
1. Medium sized Tactical Folder--right front pocket
2. SAK w/ pocket clip--left front pocket
3. Leatherman Multitool--School backpack
Field Carry (Heavy):
1. Medium fixed blade--right belt
2. Machete--on pack/baldric
3. SAK w/ pocket clip--left pocket
4. Leatherman Multitool--pack

* Light carry is just fixed blade and SAK

Currently I carry 4 at work every day. My EDC ZT770cf, SAK Super Tinker, inexpensive folder work knife...I lost my HK Plan D...and a super cheapo work supplied 3" fixed blade I use as a scraper, pry tool, etc...if damaged I throw it away and grab another.

My non work EDC is my ZT770cf and Super Tinker

Victorinox Classic SD on my key chain, Super Tinker in my back pocket with my wallet, and a folder (Spyderco, Cold Steel, Emerson, etc.) in my right pocket. If I go for a hike, I add a fixed blade to the mix.

I carry about 6. A neck knife (crkt minimalist), a victorinox recruit on my keychain which never sees any use, a leatherman sidekick flp, currently crkt m21-04G frp, kershaw skyline rrp, and kershaw leek rlp (for sentimental reasons).. Generally i carry differemt ones for different reasons, i may not want to cut fruit with my skyline so i may opt for the leek or neck knife.. I dont always carry the neck knife. I try to carry the leek with me as much as possible because of sentimental reasons.

6 has been recently but i try to carry 2 at all times not including the recruit or leatherman.

Mostly 3, but as many as 4.

One in the little pocket of my 5.11 boots, one in my right front pocket, and a fixed blade iwb on my 9 o'clock position. I also carry an XD45 iwb on my 4 o'clock position.

The knives I rotate right now are a Spyderco Yojimbo 2, Strider SMF Tanto, Spyderco Tenacious, Spyderco PM2, and Ratmandu. The fixed blade never changes, and it never will. The Ratmandu is outstanding.

2 or 3. I always have a folder in my pocket, and I have a little credit card multitool thing in my wallet that has a very small knife on it as well. Sometimes I carry my SAK in addition to those 2, but not always. There's also a cheap folder in the glovebox of my car, but I don't consider that carrying, since it's not actually on my person.

At least 2. Utility "all purpose" folder and a Victorinox Alox Cadet.
Depending on what i'm wearing, a waved Emerson on my support side.

99% of the timer I carry 3. I have a cheap Kershaw (8cr13mov), a cheap china made LARGE folder (440C), and a Leatherman SuperTool. The Kershaw goes in my back pocket with my wallet, you know, in case someone 'asks' for it. ;) The large china made knife goes in my front right pocket, and my Leatherman goes on my belt.

Either 1 or 2 for me. One if I have my small Reeve Insingo dropped in my pocket. Two if I have a larger folder clipped on my pocket which means I typically have a Vic alox Cadet dropped in my pocket.

Two

A modern OHO folder with clip in RFP
Alox Cadet & ferro rod both in leather pocket sheath in LBP

It depends. usually a kershaw blackout front left pocket, a super cheap but somewhat durable schrade imperial with a 4" blade,(throwaway) right front pocket, a tiny little swiss army knife on the car keys. I have an entrenching tool I file-sharpened one edge on under the front seat, for "getting stuck in snow" ;). Strange how I always forget to remove it in the other 3 seasons.

I enjoyed reading through this thread. Here're my main options;

For a while now, since I was mugged it has been one of the two Emerson's (Commander or Mini Commander) in the front right pocket. It always used to be a Spydie - most typically a Caly 3.5. Shown is my Caly 3 in Superblue used as a low profile (sometimes legal) option. I just really like the wave feature and am enjoying the easy sharpening of the 154CM steel.

I carry the Ka-Bar TDI which I Frankensteined to get Coyote scales on a plain edge when I am concerned about where I am headed. This goes on my off-side at the front so that I could access it with either hand should the worst happen.

Alox Victorinox Pioneer in coin pocket for typical uses. This one is limited copper colour.

I know this thread is about knives but I already had the photo so for those who want to know - small LED Flashlight in left front pocket (Fenix E12, EagleTac D25A, etc.), Lighter just because. One of a few watches but typically one of these two Omega Planet Ocean or Traser H3.

In the jungle it is this;

Local Bidor parang and a Bark River Ultra Lite Bushcrafter ;)

Cheers,

Ben

Most of the time I just carry one knife but will swap to another knife once or twice a day. It just depends what I am doing that day.
