How many knives do you carry?

depends on the situation, for EDC I carry 3 blades. A vic classic in my back left pocket, a main folder in my front right pocket and a Kabar TDI LDK in my wallet.

If I'm camping I take a fixed blade with 4-5 inches of blade, a ten inch bowie for chopping(I almost took off my ankle with an axe, so I don't use them) and a main folder and the vic classic, mainly for the tweezers. I don't carry all of that on my person though, so I guess it's irrelevant.

Depends on the term "knife".
Strictly speaking, I carry at least 3 all the time and 4 on weekends. But one of those is a Leatherman Micra that I carry for the screwdrivers and another is a Vic Classic that I carry on my key ring for the tweezers and toothpick.

So as to actual CUTTING blades, I carry one during the week at work and usually two on the weekends.

I always have BOB stuff (light, fire, cordage, etc.) in whatever shoulderbag/briefcase I'm carrying, so I'd say--at least three: SAK SwissChamp (paired with a PocketWrench), locking tactical, traditional slipjoint. I figure I'm covered for the situation with the SAK and tactical, and have a sheeple-friendly knife in the slipjoint. Sometimes I forget what's in the bag and the number doubles...oops.

Usually 3. I almost always carry a slip-joint nowadays, for the sheeple, a folder, & a small FB (Sometimes a neck knife, sometimes not).

However, I guess I have worn up to 5 or so, but depends on the situation & if I'm working or not.

EDC-two Spydercos (one fighter, one utility)

WORK-EDC plus S&W boot knife, CRKT M16 Tanto, old school leatherman (the one before the Waves, Squirts and Squishes)

Two at work, one 3-3.5" bladed folding (CQC-7, Delica, ect.) clipped front right, and a small vic on keyring. Just the vic when off.
