I own about 50 or so knives...grand total about $7-$9K. The only ones I carry are my Microtechs or Sebenza.
 
OK, just a little over one grand.

It would look VERY impressive in pennies

Probably around $750-800CAN. I try not to reveal that number too often, as my insanity is usually in question...

Hmmm.. card statement tells me that within a three-month period, I've spent well over $3K already in knives alone. Many more to come, I hope!

Ummm... about $30K, but that's because of one extremely expensive piece. I lost count a long time ago, but my guess is my collection is somewhere between 100-120 knives.

And oh, I carry my AFCKs, EDI Genesis, a Sebenza, and Militaries.

About $1000.00 - I started only about 2 years ago. BTW that amount equals about 3 monthly average salaries in our country.
 
About $700-800. I only have 9 knives. A bunch of Benchmades, a handfull of SOGs, a Spyderco, Leatherman Micra, etc. -Krumbs
 
Around 20 - 25 knives maybe about $1,200 to $1,500 dollars. Around $120 - $150 as far as my wife is concerned, but then again she thinks my P-7 cost $250. Actually, I don't ask how much she spends on clothes and makeup and she doesn't ask how much my weapons are. Good deal!

Men, I don´t know. I really don´t know what exactly I have in my personal collection. I have traded so many, have a number of others being traded right now, have some stored that I haven´t touched in a good while. Some are with friends.
As I am not a very organazed man, I only have data on the custom knives I sell professionally. I´ll change this situation one day... well, I hope!

Well, not much now !!! I am in the midst of selling everything except my benchmades. While my total it no where near what it was, I am proud to own every one of them

You mean every one that I have now, or them plus the 20 odd that I've lost over the years? Right now, i've got around 15 or so mid-range quality knives. I've been collecting for around 2 months, a phenomenon that occured when i discovered the Knives for Sale forum and got my summer job. I've been accumulating them from gifts and occasional purchases for 9 years now, started when i was 7. The first one was a gift, but I don't get too many of those now, at least not knives, mostly because now I want $100+ knives. Non knife knuts just can't justify that.
