How Many Knives In Your "EDC" Rotation

PM2, Yojimbo 2 or Southard paired with Dragonfly2 and/or Alox Pioneer. But mostly Southard.

For some reason, your carved Rajah's make me believe you are highly likely to be this man:

Please confirm or deny! :-)

I always pictured my carry more something of an Eastern European hit man.

Hinderer XM-18 3.5", Strider SnG, Spyderco Stretch, Spyderco Para2, Walter Wells titanium linerlock, two ~7" OAL fixed blades, SAK Bantom, SAK Spartan, Leatherman Freestyle. I've also got a JA Baker S-Tac on the way, that I KNOW will make it into my EDC - especially at work. So that's 11, out of probably 25+ knives.

Mini Mondays - benchmade mini presideo
Para military 2sdays- pm2
Warencliff Wednesday- silent solider flipper
Revers tanto thur- BM 940
Frame lock Friday- DGG SNG Strider

I ran out if witty puns but I usually rotate around 5 knives and have some guest appearances on the weekend.

Add a 7th... CRKT 111z, Dug it back out today, didn't like it originally, but I think that was large in part of it coming in a package with 5 other knives including my blur, and my turani, and it was at the time my least favorite of the bunch so it went into the drawer. Now I'm giving it another go and mix it in. Its actually not too bad on its own, when its not sitting in a bunch of others that all completely outclass it.

Mainly these two lately but it tends to vary depending on what I will be doing on a particular day.
I usually like a large folder and a small folder or my Leatherman Kick or Victorinox Tinker.

Spyderco Sage 2
Spyderco Sage 1
Spyderco Paramilitary 2
Spyderco Salt
Spyderco Chaparral Blue Anodized Stepped Titanium
Bark River PSK
Swiss Army Knife Alox Cadet

I'm so picky that i removed a Spyderco Stretch SuperBlue from the collection because i did not like it.

It took me a long time to get to this amazing point in my collection. I have everything i need and nothing i do not want. I hope you get there soon :)

I hover around 9 or 10 primary EDC knives. I usually carry one out of the list below, sometimes along with a SAK or traditional depending on where I am headed.

BM 940
Spyderco PM2
CS Code 4 XHP
Spyderco Stretch ZDP-189
Spyderco Delica ZDP-189
Spyderco Delica FFG
CS Medium Voyager
Spyderco Sage 1
Kershaw Thistle
Kershaw Piston

Ah, that's a good question. Let me see...

1. CRK large Seb 21 CF Insingo
2. OomNoomZeta Tanto (Umnumzaan tanto I had anodized by my bud Zeta/Harris here on the board)
3. Spyderco Superblue Dragonfly
4. ZT 0562 CF
5. Mcusta Tactility with quincewood scales
6. A variety of Traditionals (one of which is the 2011 Bladeforums knife it took me a year to get into)
7. Spyderco Superblue Stretch

That's about it for my regular EDC rotation. I will pull something else from the collection on days I just want something different. I carry the Sebenza every single day in a CRK pocket slip, and it is usually joined by another large folder and a small folder in my watch pocket with my Maratac 3. My Insingo was my first "nice" knife that was given to me by my wife for our 7th anniversary. I'll never part with it.

I'm all over the place. It changes every few weeks but I think the formula right now is this:

Work: strider smf or Sng
Civilian clothes: Crk 21 or 25

When I've no idea where I'm going: strider smf and a dragon fly

I carry 2 daily with a 3rd making a rare appearance. Main 2 are a JK Knives Mini Canadian Belt Knife and a Large 21. The 3rd would be a SAK Cadet Alox.

I have three Gayle Bradleys and three custom fixed blades that get the most carry in different combinations. I'll also carry the PITS/ATR combo, and Tuff/Summit Lake.

But mostly GBs.

Revamped EDC rotation list, I've cut it down a lot from what it once was.
Work: 2 of these
Boker Plus Dark Hollow
CRKT Foresight
Benchmade Griptilian
Gerber 06 FAST
Kershaw Freefall
Kershaw Shuffle

Always:
Gerber Suspension (not a knife Per-se, but it has 2 blades, so I'll count it.)

Weekend:
Boker Plus Dark Hollow, Benchmade Griptilian or CRKT Foresight
CRKT Obake
Red Barn Forge Mountain Man

so 9 in my EDC Rotation right now

Dalton Gypsy.
Stainless Serrated Spyderco Native.
Al Mar, 1980's vintage from Seki, 3 and a half inch blade.
Small Cold Steel Twistmaster.
Around the farm on weekends, Schrade Sharp finger.

I am tempted to start working in some others, maybe someday the Sebenza. I have had the Dalton since the mid nineties and never took it out until two months ago.

12. All traditionals. Carry two a day, one in each pocket. Will add a couple more for 14 total, and can change my carry daily at 2 knives/day. :D
