How many knives?

If I had my way, it would be around 20-30. But, I am currently not an adult and so my parents still have a say in what I am allowed to buy. Since I want to respect their wishes, only 4 knives and a multi for now.
 
I have well over 20, but only about 8 that I am proud of owning (not including my SAKs)
 
between 20 & 50, but I don't want to count because then I'll just think I have too many or too few (depending on the bank balance that day)...:D
 
Tried to add them up. Calculator showed a blinking "E".

(I was was born an raised in 10_uh_C and have no idea how many a blinking "E" is, but if I remember my cypherin' class from the 2nd grade, I think it is an exponential number, somethin' about powers of 10.) ;)
 
13knives + 7 big fixed blades I've made + a whole drawer of lil blades made from hack saw blades.
 
What a question; never stopped to think how many but know it is over 50; Hell it is over 100 but beyond that I don't know.
 
My catalog numbers are up to 314, but some of those are sets and pairs, and at least one number is semi-retired due to a returned knife. Without doing an entire inventory, 320 is the best guess.
 
I have about 15 now. I am a user and not a collector and this seems like too many as most will sit unused. Unless something comes out that is just amazing I am done for awhile.

I think now its time to start focusing on different sharpening methods to get to an insane level of sharpness or making my own.
