How many of you are committed with Busse?

I just want to know how many of you out there are just like me. A year ago, I was lucky enough to get my first Busse, a HH, from company store. The price and quality surprised me so, then my heart wants an AK.....well, I don't have many Busse knives but I am at a stage of selling out my other knives as Ontario, Skirmish.....etc wishing to get more money for another Busse.

There are no knife out there that interested me more than Busse. I basically lost my interest from other knives and stop my buying habit (Busse don't come cheap). I carry a CRKT LE M16-14 as my EDC, sold most of my folder. Its hard to break my EDC, so i don't feel the need to search for a new folder.

Are you in the same boat? Nothing else looks good to you so you stick around here. Or you are still buying knives from other company as well?

p.s. SRKW and Scrapt Yard are consider Busse family so they don't count as other companies.
 
I still buy other stuff, but give preference to Busse. I'll buy 2 Busse's for every one knife from a different maker. I like to stay diversified.
 
I'm not sure, but I think I should be COMMITTED!!!!​

Im trying to diversify myself but its hard when Busse keeps taking all the funds. Im looking to get more folders so I can have more choices for EDC.
 
Most of my fixed blade knives are Busse, but since they don't make a FLUGG'N FOLDER, I don't have much choice but to look elsewhere!
 
I'm pretty much commited at this point. My small knife collection has been pretty much weeded down to just INFI now. I still find myself looking at other blades, mostly only customs, but, when I think about buying one I get flashes of the different slabs of INFI I could get instead :o
 
I would say 90% of my collecting has gone to Busse. I do buy other's when I think that I just have to have a certain knife... but those are usually custom's that I won't see ever again. Busse's are the only ones that I search for....:D

Since than I seem to have been drawn to the fixed blades and only have bought Busses.

Yeah.....Fixed blades are just cool. Somehow in my mind i feel fixed is more of a blade than folder....only down side is not every state support fixed carry.
 
Lets just say that of every $10,000 worth of fixed blade knives I own, $9,800 worth are Busse's. I have one Bark River because I can't get a Streets:mad:, and I have two Doziers because I can't get any Badgers:mad: .
 
After eleven years of battering an SHBA, maybe I should be committed! I am even thinking of getting rid of my folders. I got a rat shakerII and it and my SK are my edc. Going to get an AS to round out. Folders are over rated :) (but the Rat Trap, of course)
Make mine all fixed and all Busses!
 
I have been hooked ever since I bought my first "Busse Family" knife, a Battle Rat. Prior to finding Busse I was a big fan of a widely distributed line of knives with the initials C.S. Since getting hooked on Busse I am almost ashamed to admit that still own my old CS knives. I don't use them anymore, but I can't sell them because I would feel bad letting the buyer spend money on another product.

Busse has spoiled me. I will never be happy with less.

Yes, I too should be committed BECAUSE of Busse...

At least there will be a lotta hogs there....
 
I have always been a folder guy. Started with SAK, then Spyderco, then got into Benchmade big time. I wanted to get more fixed blades, only had a SOG Seal Pup and BM Nimravus and started looking/lurking the forums to see what was the best out there. You guys have completely got me hooked on Busse. After months of "researching", I started my Busse collection three months ago. 3 GW's, 2 AD's, 2 HD's, GM, BAIII, PD, ARK, desert ARK, 2 SJtacs, and a HR, and 2 FBM's on order. These knives are fun. My users are out getting leather and one is in the shop for a little repair and I am dying to take one of the brand new ones and go chop something. I called Kendra this morning to check on my HD that had some scale issues and it should be heading back home soon. I can't wait. There truly is an addictive quality to these blades!
 
I'm commited. Sold my Strider smf folder to purchase some INFI. But now I don't have a folder anymore . . . still waiting on the Busse folder. My fixed blades are only Busses:thumbup:
 
I'm with the others that say I should be committed.... ;)

At least they are a good investment and one's that fun as well

The only non-Busse I buy anymore is the CRK 'benza. Jerry knows how to make me stop, but he's sure taking his sweet time. ;)

I still have all my old Spydies, but I've been thinking about putting them up for sale so that I can buy more INFI. :thumbup:

Committed? I've been institutionalized and stuck in the same room with the shop crew. :confused: :eek: :confused: :barf: ;) :D
