How many of you knife guys own firearms?

This is going to be a LONG thread. Knives and guns go together like whiskey and smoking. Having one without the other just isn't satisfying.

Heck. My user name is of a firearm. :D

Mine range from a Civil War .32 rimfire S&W to a .40 Steyr semi. Favorite is
.45 army revolver.
Guess I could equip a squad easily. Still collecting !

i dont own any guns as the laws here in australia make it very difficult.
hopefully i am going to change jobs soon and start carrying a glock at work

Got more guns and knives than I'll ever use in 3 lifetimes. Even inherited more guns from my dad. My gun addiction started in the 80's slowly progressed to high-tech flashlights in the 90's and now has been knives. I don't know exactly why, but these addictions seem to be primarily a "guy thing."

Yea, there are a few chicks who are into knives (Angelina Jolie for one) and guns and flashlights, but dang few compared to guys. One lady told me I must be paranoid to want to own a gun- I replied that I would be paranoid if I didn't have guns. That's why a gun is known as the great equalizer - you can pit a 85 lb. woman against a 250 lb. man and gun will make them equal in a deadly attack.

Woohoo for firearms. They only reason I don't spend more money on knives. If I can buy a nice firearm then I won't put the money in a knife. A few busse's have gone up there though. Shame on me.

I am an avid firearms owner. As a youngster, I obtained my first weapons (Dan Wesson .357 mag and Ruger MKI .22) and joined a shooting club in Arkansas. Thru this club I met and became friends with the late/great Jimmy Lile. This friendship led me to become a true knifenut. Throughout the years my interests went from firearms to knives and now back to firearms. Today, I am an active duty Air Force enlisted NCO and am still interested in both firearms and knives. Today, I count among my friends the Great ABS Mastersmith Ron Newton. I am/and always will be a knife and firearms enthusist. I have just purchased my first "new" firearm in 3 years; a Walther P22 pistol. It is a nice weapon that will see many years of use thru me and my children.

Thanks for listening
