How many of you?

I agree. I like the finish on it but dont think it will last. It stays in the drawer most of the time until I can trade it off for something else. The spring is stong as hell though. It alm ost flew out of my hand first time I opened it.
 
A friend sent me a Benchmade/Emerson CQC7 Auto with the G10 handle, to inspect, and this is just one nice knife! What I liked about this auto too was that the spring tension was just-right. Not TOO hard and not too weak.
 
I have purchased some non Emerson knives this year. Spyderco and Benchmade have always been great knives. My Emerson keeps pushing my Sabenza from my pocket.
 
Does that mean my next Emerson will be red handled.? Or a CqC7? How cool would it be to have a red handled Kbit? Lycosa, we're did you get your handles for yours?
 
Hell yea. I even picked it up and carried it around the house playing with it a while. Then I just out it away after a while lol. Its an awesome knife but right now the emerson gets the love.

Emerson's have sure raised the bar for my collection, but there are still a few better production knives with tighter tolerances and more simple design. I have ruined so many pants with emerson's g-10 scales that I have stopped carrying them for EDC...but the wave feature alone has such an advantage its hard to keep them out of the rotation. I wish emerson blades had babies with sebenza handles :D
