How many peanut knives do you own?

Yeah,Peanuts are my weakness & the only pattern I really collect for the collections sake.(12 for now):o

I have a few. I don't use them much because of the size, but I like the pattern. Here is one that came in the mail today. It was an under $5.00 purchase on eBay. I don't think I've ever seen a JET Peanut, much less a peanut with a matchstrike nick. It has very nice bone handles too.

I will definitely carry this one a bit. I have a few others, but everyone has them covered in the thread.

I have one, chestnut bone CV, brand new in the box, have had it quite a while but other knives have kept it in it's box. Maybe one day i'll get around to trying it out but I typically prefer a bit larger knife.

That's a really sweet looking one Hal! I have these four:

About a half-dozen, mostly Case but also Bear MGC and Camillus. Many more than that if you count the similar Old Timer model that wasn't actually called a peanut.

I don't have any yellow plastic handled peanuts though. Got to have some standards. :D

Come to think of it, there was an Old Timer knife called a "Peanut," one-fourth of the Old Timer Classics series:

These were sold individually, or as serialized framed sets.

Just picked up my first a few weeks ago. Traded into a used yellow Case Peanut at a gunshow. ot it cleaned up and sharp as a scalpel in no time. Already getting a nice patina from cuting apple slices on my lunch hour.

Had three...now two..... a CV yellow.....and a '65 - '69 jigged bone CV....pics below. I'm good with what I have. No need for more.

The bottom two are still with me.....

I picked up this little Buck 379 one day when I stopped in the store where my son works. As soon as I got home my wife claimed it for her own.
