How much money has Blade Forums cost you?

I don't think I can blame BF for any knife related expenses ... well, I did read about MAM knives here, and spent $8 and change on my first one a couple days ago, but that ain't hardly BF's fault.

I came looking for a nice knife to upgrade to from my Kershaw Leek. I ended up finding about 20...and $4k later I feel like my collection is just about complete. The only problem is they keep making new knives!

Came here about a year ago looking into the kershaw atmos. I was amazed people spend gun prices on knives (300+).
A year later i have several of those and about a total of 30 various others.... last time i added was around 4k.
I don't really see it as money spent.... I've just converted it into knives which can be traded back for the money if i want :)

I know it seems some months I spend enough on shipping stuff I could probably just buy what I want.
There is a knife spending hotline-
1-888-DUL-EDGE :D

Just the Busse forum has cost me a packet. However unlike a lot of other things I have wasted money on I actually have a beautiful knife collection, much of which has risen in value.

I have also met some of the nicest, most generous and helpful people on this forum. Not to mention the immense knowledge base that exists here.

Money well spent in my view.:)

It has definitely cost a few bucks. It is a great community though and if your collection gets to heavy and your wallet to light you can always sell some here and help the folks find a deal, I will thank you in advance.

haha, this is exactly why I joined blade forum, to get an upgrade for a leek about 2 weeks ago, now i have a benchmade mini grip and am ordering a delica, and a manix 2, and a benchmade bug out... and and and...

Many Thousands, and much more than I would care to count-but it has been fun and I have been able to handle many of the finest knives made.
