I don't want him to pay for my wasted international express shipping fees, I don't want him to pay for whatever amount the knife is devalued by. Just an apology.

As far as shipping fees, I hadn't considered that. Did he pay shipping back to you? Is the knife physically devalued, or are you reffering to it being associated with this thread?

As for an apology. Good luck. You both believe you're in the right on this, and an apology would seem like an admission of wrongdoing.

I assume the bandwidth thing was directed towards Ren. Don't take his comments personally.

I have no intention of doing anything negative. i would only react if
you felt compelled to go down that path. IF you think about it we did
the right thing, reversed the deal and moved on. There are no judges
deciding who is right or wrong here. I still stand by my words that there
is something not right about the pivot but who really cares now?

FYI, This is the only deal ever to gone bad for me and
I have bought over 30 knives. Go figure all of a
sudden I want to implode with your sale; I don't think
so.

Think about it; you may never sell that SNG if you
keep the thread going and going.

Anyway, the offer is there on the table. Quietly let
it go and sell or trade your SNG at a later date.

Ti side has scratches from him packing the spare LBS's in the same bubble wrap as the knife. I suppose it's more of the shipping company's fault than his. Thanks to him, the knife is also now a "defective knife" that will need me to send back to the strider guys for warranty service (not sure if it still applies, since he opened it up) should I ever want to sell it.

Just waiting to hear what RNST's final say is.

I'm curious how, as a non paying member, you were able to post a photo in your post? :confused: I thought that was a membership privilege:confused: Personally I would never spend any funds associated with a knife, or any other partial trade, until both parties posted satisfied trade accomplished. But, hey, that's my way of doing business, and I'm short on cash all the time so i know not to spend someone elses' before the deal is done.

The LBS were wrapped in black electricians tape outside of the knife wrapped in bubble wrap. Scratches were there you liar already.

A deal isn't a deal until both sides are satisfied and this deal has been reversed. But people who weren't part of the deal have now become experts in giving advice too late. What a deal that is!
