How often do you get a new knife?

I've been running about one a week since finding this forum. If you guys would write only about knives you didn't like I'd have more money...
 
I'm about the same, maybe 2 a week recently. But I just found my affinity for collecting about 2 months ago, and this forum a few weeks ago. "You are what you last read" unfortunately I find this highly true in knives. I don't want it, but once I read about it and see it, Add to Cart.

Where is the fun in that?

I have been averaging 2 a month, and the sad part is they are getting more and more expensive.
 
I have the same problem. The more I browse this forum, the more knives seem to appear in my mail box and money disappears from my bank account :grumpy:

Every once and a while I'll see a design that really catches my eye and then I wait until I've got enough spare cash to afford one. Pretty sporadic for me, but I really went on a bit of a binge these past few months...three new knives since the start of 2010 already.
 
Me? Maybe 1 every 2 months if I'm lucky. Being in high school and the limited budget and all, and my folks just don't understand my love for knives and don't give me knives for birthdays or Christmas and such.
 
1-2 a week depending on the price. i only spent $50 this week compared to the $200 last week. last week was special though since i made some money in Reno.
 
Maybe like 2 a month? ive started slowing down since im trying to get the more expensive stuff...i trade alot more than i buy:D:D
 
Lets see last two new knives I bought was in 2007, over $500 worth I think in one go, not the biggest buy out there but, I never bought a knife over $70 before. However if we are talking new to me, then that's a whole different story. I also traded some recently, just got a nice CQC-10 in the mail yesterday, and I got me one more knife coming on the way.

I found an easy way not to buy a knife each week, or each month, its painful but I can't afford a new Busse even every half a year.
 
Unfortunately, too many. Since the beginning of the year I'm at around 15 or so...I'm disgusted with myself...LOL!
 
I'm going to sell a bunch and buy me some customs. :) I think I have around 200 knives now.
 
I would like to be able to afford one or two a month. I'm lucky to get two a year and their all pretty cheap nothing over $60
 
They change often. very raely keep them when I move onto something newer. I usually have 3 at a time and no more. when I get a new one then when gets passed on.
