How should Collector Knives sell GEC SFO's

You'll have higher daily visits to your site, I'd bet.

I believe Bill Howard keeps one of every knife they make. I could be mistaken though.

I have already started blocking ip's for people camping on the ERS page...

Back in the good old days I would get all 3 of 3 or 7 of 7. For the first bit of production the factory would keep serial #1 on many runs; but I don't think they have kept knives back for a long time now.

Undecided on Charlie's runs, may just run them all on eBay ;)

I'm not taking 1500 pictures and 50 hours to post them on the website. May sound a little selfish - but I am at 100% capacity around here (at least for on old fat man).

I honestly could not fathom the time it would take to process pictures for each knife (mark side, pile side, centering). I just look at the time it takes for me to take and process pictures for my posts here and that gives me some perspective. 500-some-odd knives would be a daunting task to photograph...

Actually that brings up a point I've wondered about. I leave a bunch of tabs open both on my computer and phone. I don't do it to camp, more to remember what I was looking at and make it easier to get to a page. Does that show or whatever as someone just being on a site all the time? Like if someone were to leave a tab with your ERS up in their phone browser, but not actually looking at it, does that weigh down your site?

Thanks Mike, I was curious because I have one coming. I was guessing there will not be individual pictures to choose from.

Somewhat of a side note, but since the thread has brought up computer related issues... anybody else have CK's site blocked from their work computer for weapons? It's annoying because I can get on other dealers websites from work computers but not CK because of "weapons".

I do that too, though not for the ERS.

No, those don't show up. You would have to refresh.

Does anyone know what the Red and Black Micarta clip point #15s that just came up on the early reservation system are?

cbr1000 cbr1000 yep, same here. I also use weapons or tools for defense for my work. Go figure.

knifeswapper knifeswapper I don’t think you could ever make everyone happy. Most don’t even understand the word happy. Keep doing it your way. It’s your horse, run it how you will...

Stellar run on your NF Barlow. I loved the ‘16 run, but I am smitten with the two blades. The match-strike pull and clip is tops, IMO.

It's a bit of an inconvenience.. not a big deal. I have too many other things to worry about, but when I can get on other vendors sites (including KSF) I'd like to be able to access CK too. I'm not a computer guru so I don't know if it's my work servers or something on Mike's end that is allowing his site to be blocked.

Anyone mind telling me how much the ironwood 77 barlows cost directly from CK? Thanks.
