Hey guys, I have a specific knife design in mind: a Persian-style double-edged liner lock folder with a hollow grind, so I understand it is not an easy build.
I do not mind paying a premium, but I am striking out with cold outreach to knife makers.
I have emailed about a dozen makers. A few responded, but they turned me down even after I agreed to pay their full asking price for the job. I also do not mind waiting a year or two.
