How to stonewash knives

I tried the rocks from the driveway thing just for fun and it didn't work out so well. A small rock tumbler filled with ceramic media is the way to go!

I should delete the homemade stonewash video, it was a fail. :)

Do you have any pics SoLo? I'd like to see a well done stonewash. My Hinderer stonewash is amazing. If I turn the knife at the right angles in the TX at night for e.g. the blade and lock side actually have a mirror-like gloss to them that can't be noticed any other way.

What is ceramic media exactly that you would suggest using? Thanks :)

do you have a video that shows how you do it with the tumbler and media? if so im having trouble finding it could you post a link for me
