Question re Case: to anyone

all those X's on the ricasso - do you not need to count them all to get the age, rather than just above or below the name....?

Only the X's above and below the "CASE XX" on the ricasso ("tang stamp"). 2010 had five dots and five X's. One dot removed each year, and then the X's. You can find this info on the Case website.
