Just received a couple of closeout Blind Horse Knives from Jim Howe.

There was a minor glitch in my order. Jim caught it right away, contacted me, and bent over backwards to fix it very quickly the same day I ordered. What makes this more amazing to me is that he did all this on a Sunday.

Jim was fast and clear with his communications. He also shipped Monday, the day after I ordered. Everything was packed securely and arrived safely.
