Well, this hasn't happened to me for a good while. UPS has lost a package.
Pretty suspicious too, I actually think it was stolen. 
I ordered a gun case from a large, well-known, online and B&M gun store in South Carolina early last week. The package was scanned as accepted from the store last Tuesday night 4/7 at about 8pm, and there hasn't been an update from UPS since.
I called to follow up today since it had been 24 hours since non-delivery. UPS, of course, had no idea where it was or what had happened.
Being the recipient, I couldn't do squat about it (big surprise), and they told me to call the vendor. I did that today as well, and after being on hold for a bit over 3 hours (yes, you read that right, over 3 hours...
) I talked to a rep who started a claim with UPS. 
Guess we'll see what happens, but I'm not holding my breath that it'll show up.
