I gotta check on one of those vest. I saw Dexters a few weeks back and it is pretty neat. Dexter just kept pulling out knives!!:eek: :D :cool:

bumping a 4 year old thread is fun! Since I was thinking of asking essentially the same thing I did back then, I figured why not.

I reduced the size of my collection this year, by about half. Picked up 5 handmade knives, including my first from an ABS MS :D. On the production side, got up some old folders-Tomcat 1, my second SERE Attack (this with the older straight cut swedge), US made Schrade 60T, and one I've been hunting a while, a BM 600. Also just got a shipping email on my first piece of infi, a Scrapper 4.

What knives have I gotten this year?
CRK Shadow III, Small regular Night Sky Sebbie, Small classic Sebbie, 2 Patrick Nihiser's, Allen Elishewitz, Scrapper 6, 3 Ranger Knives, 5 Barkies (All sold), Hinderer X-18, a ton of Spyderco's, which are gone, except the ones that were gifts to me. A Tom Krein TK-2. I think that is it.
 
I'm trying to remember - I think I was on a Spydie tear last year:) 5 Delica 4's, E4, Jess Horn, Police, Adventura, Native I, Caly 3, Bryd Crow, G-10 Meadowlark. Also a BM 710D2, Mini-Grip/tanto and I think my SERE 2K plus a few kits. Then there was a bunch of lights including a SureFire 6P plus "toys" for it. Work was brutal last year with our testing schedule, but the nice thing was that we got a pile of new equipment and renovated our test centre (it has over 100 PC's plus related equipment for our software). Between my work, revenue properties and the pool league, there was very little "down time". Actually, almost no time for monkeying around in my leather work plus other hobbies - never got to golf:mad: We'll see what the schedule looks like when I get back to work. I was on hoidays for most of Dec. but there wasn't that much time either. We had to do some prep work for some new renters, plus some work around the house.
