HT ovens: voltage & other questions

I don't use electric any more, but used it in the past for about 10-15 years.

Both ways work good. It is possible to eliminate scaling and decarb from the equation with a little practice, and you can get the blade out and into the quench very quickly and easily.
 
IMade the oven Larry has the link to .Works fine. Cost about $300 for everything.
I used pop rivets like it said but would weld or braise the frame next time.
I used an Auburn pid controler with out ramping but would spend the extra money for the one with ramp.
