Here is a comment from David Wesner. I ask him which one that he liked the best.
Yes , I tried them both. I think I'm partial to the salsa. I meant to tell you , my Daughter came home from school a few minutes after I cracked the jars & got the tortilla chips out. When she came in the door and saw me she asked what was wrong. I said why? She said your face is beat red and your sweating like a pig , and I was too. I think I walked around the house for about ten minutes saying "wow" "oh man" "wow" " is that stuff HOT " "wow". I could go on,but I think you've seen it all before . I thought you would get a grin out of that. Anyway,I'll be talkin to ya. Later man
HEHEHEHE!!! He is a Sissy the salsa is the least hot.  ;) :D

:p I've tried both salsa and HT relish....it's a toss up.... they both are great...sneaky hot too !!!! gives you that warm down under feeling!!!!

Two more of the smoked would tickle my fancy. Thanks George.
How many jars have you made this year?Just curious becase I know you do it for the fun,not money or else you would charge more.Specialty stores charge six bucks for an ounce of hot sauce in tiny little bottles. We have one in the SF bay area called The Pepper Store.Overpriced tobasco rip offs mostly and extremely hot sauces with no flavor.Your smoked sauce rocks!!!!!!

Here in lovely SoCal, hot sauce come in a gazillion different incarnations.

Two are for me, and two are for my business partner who drinks habanero hot sauce out of the jar!

We both have acid reflux disease, but at least I have Prilosec to help keep me from cancer!

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

I forgot to take my Nexium today, and we are having a party at work for a guy who just got promoted. We're having gumbo, chili, hot poppers etc. I am going to be spitting reflux by the time I leave, I have no control when it comes to gumbo.
