Not gonna lie. After seeing the pits and grinder marks beneath the coating on some of the O2W blades, I'm a little scared to strip my Huck when I get it.
 
I've never stripped one before. I learned from this that I'm not a coated blade kinda guy. I like satin!

I thought the Thinning of the BB13 was suppose to eliminate most, not all of the Pitting and Machine Marking's? I had already decided after I Receive the Huck Fin I would not purchase anymore coated blades anyway-Am still sorry to hear this!

My BB13 still had quite a few pits on the logo side. While the flats on the original O2W run of SHE2'S had some pretty gnarly pits I think they actually looked better that way than a milled surface that still has some pits. I stripped/blasted/polished one of those SHE2'S for a friend and even with the heavy pitting, it was uniform and actually made for a pretty handsome blade.
 
I opted out of this one. I was getting nervous on the run of knives I already had on order. I have bought enough through Op2W that I could have gotten a decent truck lol. Anyway, cant wait to see pics of this one, I am sure to regret it.

I heard two to three weeks before they start processing the Finns.
Of course, "two to three weeks" includes the possibility of "two weeks," so make of it what you will.
 
Please please please let one come up for sale in the near future... mr. irresponsible here couldn't get in on this one... darn kids and their darn expenses!! LOL:D
