Give it a try guys.

I have huge hands but like me some thinner scales. Especially with gloves there's less space between fingers. The TG BG is almost too thick.

Also consider the thickness of the stock has to be added to the thickness of the scales.

Just by the looks I bet the handle's circumference is the same or more than on a traditional Kukri.

Lastly the huge blade might make the dimensions of the scale look smaller in comparison.

It would have been nice to see more than the one pic when the sales thread was opened...There was no indication of handle thickness in the one shot . If mine bugs me too much it may be a candidate for some liners to bulk it up a bit.

I had an idea (might be crazy) of using some thick rubber for the liners to absorb a little bit of the chopping shock.

Yeah, I think liners would get it where I want it. It's a sweet blade, and is pretty nimble for its size. I like the balance of this blade a lot more than the B13. B13 seemed like it was all blade to me. The Huck will be a legendary Busse chopper I think. It just feels more machete like, but beefier. Don't think I can let this one go.

I think the idea of shock absorbing rubber liners is brilliant. Personally I think I'm going to like the thinner grip, but I won't know till I get mine on Thursday.
