I'll give it a shot on the prayer help, but I will put your name on the list the senior ladies meet to pray over. I think they may have more influence.....

Some crazy things sure happen to us in this life......all we can do is hang in there and do our best to prevail. You can be sure that a lot of people will feel a lot better when they start to see your knives coming out again. Best wishes and stay strong.

I only know of you from this forum and the internet, but I've admired your work thinking that same day I'll step up to the plate and get a fine knife from you. I'm sorry to hear of this development and wish you a speedy recovery so you may get back to doing the things you enjoy and do best.
 
Hang in there Eric. You can add my name to the list of prayers for your recovery. I always looked forward to seeing what new beautiful knives you will make next and hopefully we wont be waiting too long for the next batch.

Eric,as someone who suffered a spinal injury you have my empathy.This Aug 28 I'll have been in a wheelchair for32 years.T12 paraplegic.
The most important thing is to remember you can still have a fulfilling life if you don't recover which I hope you do.

My family sticking by me was the one thing that helped me get through, that along with fortitude.

Though I was injured in VA I spent time in Craig rehab hospital in Denver a nice facility,and I learned a lot.

You have my best wishes for a speedy recovery
