Hunter/Slicer 3V, CTS-XHP, K390

Got my knife as well this weekend - the k390 version. Fits my hand perfectly, and really love the balance. The grind is about perfect as well.
With a hardness of 66 and a thin grind - I have seen the videos and I know it can take some hard use, but I will have to slowly work my way up there. Looking forward to it for sure.
