Recommendation? Hunting Blade question and Introduction

Yeah I've done a bit of pursuing on the CPK forum and looks like an awesome knife. Seems a little hard to get a hold of one though.
 
With the same blade as your 5" white handled knife I've carefully skinned & butchered rabbits.
That traditional slaughterers/butchers design is good enuff for up to red deer.
Cattle/wapiti/horse, you can use a butcher's scimitar

The longer the blade, the less animal blood on your fingers & wiped on your trousers.
