Hunting Photos 2017

Did some more early season scouting last weekend! Got up into the snow and the old growth, my favorite! I was caught a bit off guard by the amount of snow, we didn't see much in the way of sign as the snow was still too deep. Soon though. It was a great day out nonetheless :)

I stuck this 9 pointer yesterday with a Grim Reaper broadhead using my crossbow. He was about 30 yards away standing in almost the exact same spot as the buck I got last year. Weighed a little over 200 lbs before gutting and about 170 after the job was done. When the does that he was following ran off, he wandered right up towards the stand I was in on the edge of the field.
