Hypothetical

Martin Knives Bushcraft Tactical and Vic Farmer. If a multi tool could be considered a folder I would take a Swisstool over the Farmer.

I've went a lot of miles in the woods with this combo.

ZT0350 for the folder.
If I don't know what I can expect that is the one I take.
Close seconds may be my PM2... but I like the weight of the ZT0350 better.

For fixed blade, it may be more tricky... it really depends.
A basic Ontario RAT5 or KABAR BK2 are great for me.

But if I have my ZT0350, I may prefer to carry a Kukri machete or a tomahawk.
The ZT0350 is good enougth to take most of the standard knife tasks (I am not a hunter, no need for skinning...)
If it may be required to chop wood or creepers, I prefer to carry something different ....

I'd probably swap the fixed blade for a Mora, but that's just because I have many on hand.

I don't see why you would need anything else, and I find it comical that people are saying they would take an EDC type folder into the woods.
