Hah! My .500 Linebaugh puts that bugger to shame... Of course, at $2.20 per round, it had better... :D

A buddy of mine and I caught this really cool lizard in Kuwait years ago. It measured about 4' long, was tan, and had armor like a stegasaur. We used it to scare the hell out of our platoon sergeant... he hated us.:D

Did you see that Glock has come up with their own round now Jerry? The call it the .45 Glock, I haven't read much about it yet, but I don't think will be switching my government models over anytime soon.

I saw that. It's supposed to be a shortend case or some such crap. If I were going to shoot 45 I would stick with 45 ACP. I usually shoot a 9mm so I guess I am just a weiner.:o
 
I think I will stick with my .45 Colt Vaquero. I can shoot those soft-recoil cowboy loads or rachet up the power with some Cor-Bon hunting loads when I want to feel some recoil.

The bullet diameter on the .45 Glock is supposed to be something like .43 or some smaller number. These hot dog wildcat rounds are a hard sell, Glock is taking a little gamble. I shoot and load 45 ACP. I only have one 9mm pistol left and I am keeping it our of sentimentality more than anything. I bought it from a coworker and friend shortly before he entered the FBI Academy. Damn proud if him. I do have a Ruger Police Carbine in 9mm, that is fun to shoot.

Nope, but the ballistic data doesn't lie... It's lacking in velocity and ft/lbs of muzzle energy vs. my .500 Linebaugh...
