Sometimes, it's the little things that count. Like when switching your entire website over to another webhosting service, remember to change the contact/email page target address to the new account.
:thumbdn:
Since December, every individual who has tried to contact me via my website was lost in limbo....:grumpy:.... Here, I just thought nobody loved me.
I had 174 emails sitting in this abandoned account. So far I count 62 potential orders (if they aren't totally put off).
I rushed to get this site up in time for the Blade Magazine March/April issues I was featured in (which hit news stands in January).
Apology emails have been issued... now I just have to wait and see...
Would you contact the maker after receiving this 5 months after the fact?

My appologies, the contact email feature was supposed to be redirected to
another working address of mine... apparently, I messed something up in
the preferences. This dates back from December (when I switched webhosting
services) so I have a lot of catching up to do! Ooops. If you are
receiving this message and are still interested in pursuing your
inquiry/order/comment please respond to this email.
Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience... I feel quite embarassed about
the whole thing.
