I've already spent an hour this morning using two battle mistresses to trim branches off a big tree I got felled yesterday, so they're in use for now mate, I might have to lend them to you later . Once I'd done the big stuff I switched to my 'small knife' pairing, a 20" bar chainsaw for the last couple of hours to do the smaller stuff :D:D It's getting hot out here !!!

I think I could hear that steak still mooing....which means it's cooked just right.

What an awesome looking meal with the perfect beverage to accompany it. 👍

Great stuff mate....!!!! Those spuds otherwise uncooked when you wrapped 'em up ? How long on the coals ?

Ours was a bones lamb leg with a honey/mint marinade... :D

Yup the spuds were just taken out of the bag, chopped the eyes off and cut them in half. left the skin on. didn't pre cook them or anything and they came out perfect, nice and soft and soaked up all the garlic buttery flavour :)

Honestly couldn't tell you how long they were on the coals as my judgement of time was pretty warped lol i'll take a guess of about 20 minutes or so - don't take my word on that hahahaha

Also, that lamb looks delicious mate :thumbup:
