Don't know if the Kershaw Splinter floats you boat since it's liner lock, but the quince wood and pointy, utility tip is nice -

ive always thought the spyderco cricket was a pretty classy knife, as well as the spyderco kiwi. Another knife i thought looked nice was the buck nobleman which is a cheap titanium or carbon fiber knife at a really low price.

How about the Fallkniven PXL? It's just gorgeous, but no pocket clip.
