You can always get a chunk of thick walled stainless tubing and cut it on an angle. Drill a few small holes so that you can lace some paracord to make a handle for it. Viola! Instant aerator and fluid drainer.
How about an actual ice-pick?

Wood handle. Not tactical.
S.W.A.T. used to make a decent Guardfather. I still have one. I've heard whoever is making them now isn't up to the former quality.
