How does the fit and finish compare to the 247? I only ever handled one long enough o not like the ergos so I didn't look too much closer.

My GB 1 has been like that. I can add a knife but I can't rotate it out.

Do what you want with the knife brother. I hope you enjoy it as YOU want. Doesn't make sense to me to buy a $620 knife to only USE a handful of times anyways as you love your 247. No need to use it just to use it with not intent to keep using it. Heck, send it to me and I'll keep it in my safe for you :D

Its a small sebenza so it wasnt $620 lol. No I bought it so I can say I have one and to use. Might be a cookout and night on the town knife. Hell it might be my at home whittler knife even though i suck at whittling lol.

Doh, I dont know why I posted $620. Maybe I carried it over from reading your post. No worries.

For a whittler you know you need to dive into traditionals. :D;). A stockman is a good start. :thumbup:
 
I have one traditional my granddad gave me but its the only knife I dont use. Holds alot of sentimental value. Been thinking of buying a case.
