That guys instructions to take down the Ti-Lock is a good way to mess it up. The backspacer has a boss on both sides that are engaged into the handles. He is actually PRYING the backspacer out without removing the pivot. The bladestop on the Ti-Lock is pressed in and being subjected to being bent, loosened or breakage from what he did.
I created a tutorial for this a few days ago that can be found up in the stickies.^^

Don't follow the instructions in that vid..think about what he is doing before you follow him.
