Dude, that isn't the seller rating, it's the product rating, completely different. But because I am a computer genius, and quite handsome, I believe I have found your listing. It was sold by a company called Tool Country, that has 1467 ratings total and 100% positive in the last 12 months.

okay I found this at the top of the listing

Yeah it looks like we were both looking at it at the same time.
So does it look pretty legit to you?

Thanks guys.
It appears this thread bore good fruit.
A little rough start for my first thread,
But obviously ended up with some good people on here.
I think it says there's two of those knives left at that price.
Like I said mine is absolutely beautiful.
I've never held a knife That feels as good as it does in my hand.
Thanks a bunch guys.

Just a thought but use some of the savings and buy a gold membership. I started getting info off this site back in the early 2000's made an account in the lords year of 2008. Bought a gold recently when it was time to open dialogue on the forum. Also that makes posting pictures real easy.

Nice knife and happy trails.

There's the older VG-10 San Mai version that would be in the price range you stated. I bought one NIB for a little less, although from a private seller. The new version is CPM-3V and much more expensive. Perhaps that explains your perceived discrepency.

Yes, it is the VG-10 San Mai version.
Plus the older box from before the sell of the company and it's adding up more legit as we continue.
I think the VG-10 San Mia will be more than adequate for my needs.
Maybe in the years to come, it will be unique enough that everyone will want one.
I think they show that VG-10 San Mia to be pretty good stuff. Maybe not 3V good, but still good enough, within reason, for anything a reasonable person might use the knife for.
How do you like yours?

Seriously, I need to know who these people are. Are they members of your 80's underground punk-rock band?
Who you think you're talking to?
Wasted Youth | Discography | Discogs

If you believe the old CS marketing videos, VG-10 is plenty tough enough for the intended purpose of the knife. In any case for looking at and displaying...

I like daggers, so when I come across a good deal, I go for it. But I don't think I'll ever actually use it.
