Haven't the slightest how to photo chop but that 4 GAW had me lmao. Wish knew how. Might have to look into that.

Please tell me these two were said in jest. That dude on ancient aliens who has hair that looks like he stuck a knife in a light socket makes me physically sick to my stomach. I can't even watch the history channel anymore since it turned scifi/pawn brokers.

Actually can't watch anything since I need to get a cable box from mediacom since my apt building decided to upgrade or some cit.:mad: Missing twd and the new south parks. Narcos is a pretty good show on netflix.
 
I shamed C Falcon into making it a Firefly reference. Being a Firefly fan is now a requirement to be a BH.

Lol, ya I watch them shows, I also love watching cops, z nation, naked and afraid, alone, dual survival and a few others I can't quite remember what they are called.

Very guilty of watching cops and N&A. Very entertaining watching people try(lying) talking their way out of getting arrested when they are O so caught red handed. Not so fun when your in the same situation though. N&A Nudity+Survival = Pretty Entertaining. Wish it was on a different channel so could show full nudity. The dudes would be required to wear c*ck socks of coarse.

Really need to get that box from mediacom on monday. Not having cable might cause me to do something actually productive.

Bought a bow tag for a deer that if don't get my ass in gear is gonna get wasted. Have only put a week in the stand so far. Only seen does. Had a 8-10 pointer and spiker on camera though. Gonna go out hard for another week here soon when rut starts.

Hanging out at a benefit mud bog & hog roast this afternoon/evening... Man, I miss living out in the sticks. I'm also 12 deep into a 6 pack. I think I got the better end of the deal there. My BIL is being quite generous.

In other news.. I've been really stressed out bad the last day or so. thinking about working on the old coin collection again..
Got any other coin collectors around these parts??...When your not busy working with your knives of course. :)
 
I might go watch an episode of Firefly right now. Don't watch TV at all, really, but I like that show. Please don't send me to that special level of hell just yet.

@Ulf Krogstad: Was shooting my ancient Hoyt (~20 years old) this afternoon. Switched to a 4-finger release last year after years of shooting a trigger rope release. Had some trouble; finally figured out how to adjust the trigger tension and thought I had it licked. Turns out the T.R.U. Ball needed some locktite on the adjustment screw as I was having the same problems today - until I noticed the tension screw backing itself out. Lock-tited it, hoping to shoot tomorrow and have it stay put. On a funny note, I shoot in my backyard towards the (wooden) shed, which is pretty saggy and about ready to fall in on itself. One arrow I heard skip off the top of the target and hit the shed (like I said, it's a POS and I don't care much if I put a few more dings in it), but when I went to look for it, I couldn't find it. For reference, there is an aluminum arrow I drilled into the side that I can't pull out.....on a whim, I unlocked the door and looked inside; my arrow was lying on the floor, fletching intact. I have no idea how it went in, especially without tearing the fletching off (siding is shiplapped wood). 'Twas very strange.....

I finally got some pics of the Hi-Lift X-TREME and my Reese 4ton jack with the JackMate.

When we moved in, there was a pergola over the back porch and it looks like they used treated lumber for the rafters (they were fine), but untreated for the beams (rotten). You can see how bad the beam is compared to the rafter that my wife had started painting.



So I used the two jack to lift up the rafters while I cut the beam out with a reciprocating saw. I used some spare 2X4's to help with the lifting.





Got the new beam in, but needs some wood filler, sanding and then paint, plus the bricks need cemented back in place since a few were loose. Once that's done, my wife will finish painting and I'll put on 2'X8' sections of clear corrugated poly-carbonate so we have some protection from the rain.



It was a good afternoon project in addition to setting up another raised planting bed for my wife to put in some crocus sativus (for saffron) and checking on my three bee hives (the morning projects)...

Plus finally got a chance to snap a photo of purchase from the 'bay.
