Recommendation? I could use some advice: Large easy opening folders

Great. Link me to where it says that someone can carry an automatic knife legally if they have a disability.
I think I’ve read something about that but I’m not sure if it was law, or a bill someone was trying to get passed. I do know in some states disabled are allowed to hunt whitetail with a crossbow, which is otherwise a no-no. Maybe it’s a similar situation?

My state did that for a while then opened it up for everyone to use a crossbow. not really the same.

I don’t see any state letting someone carry an auto knife if they have a doctors note. I think someone was making stuff up.

US Code Title 15 has an exception for those who have use of only one hand. This exception allows use of an automatic knife with a blade of 3" or less. You need to look up the local laws in your state for more information.

US code title 15 is about a zillion pages so please show me your source It probably doesnt trump state knife laws.

I also will throw the recommendation in for a Spyderco Endura with the Emerson wave... good days, thumb hole wouldn't be an issue, but with the wave, no thumbs even needed on the bad ones. Just let your pocket do the work, with a final little wrist snap to finish it off if needed until you get the hang of it... or, since it's a back lock, you could even switch the clip to left hand carry if you wanted without having a wonky wrong sided locking mechanism setup like you get with liner and frame locks when you try switching sides...
