Hey guys, just wanted to give a quick testimony to this forum. I am brand new to knives. Before this forum, I only owned a cheap Gerber, which I will still keep as my first, that I've used over the past 10 years. It's been beat to death and back. I did not know there were so many different types metals, handles, locks, etc. I just thought a knife was a knife. My kids wanted to get me a new pocket knife for this past Father's Day. I looked and researched on this forum and made the investment in a BM 940-1 from a member here. That member and I have become fast friends and message each other regularly. He has really taught me a completely different side to knives and I have already made another 1/2 dozen purchases from other members here on this forum. This has really been an incredible opportunity for a newbie like me and I'm grateful for the members here. Thank you!
