The Sea Eagle is still my favorite edc over a year later. I have used it for all my every day cutting chores from peeling apples, cutting up meat in the kitchen, to force cutting / prying open a plastic pool pump housing that I couldn’t get one last screw out of to disassemble it. I wedged the blade order the plastic leg sideways then rotated the blade 90 degrees till the cutting edge was under the leg. Then forced the blade through the plastic leg. This REALLY tested the lock strength of the knife and it held up just fine. There was absolutely no slippage or over travel of the lock and when I disengaged the lock to close the blade it disengaged with normal thumb pressure. I’ve had some liner locks over travel and stick so bad I’ve had to use a flat head screwdriver to disengage them after a strenuous cutting chore. The more I use this knife the more impressed I am with it.
