Hey guys how are yah

I didn't think i would say this so soon, because I have always been into knives, but only starting buying a few months ago.

I really did find my perfect knife & it has everything i want.

Spydie
The handle is so comfortable
Clip is just right
Lock is like a bank vault( Opening & closing is music to my ears)
Tip down Carry
Not to Big (Sits in My right front pocket without a problem) I have it clipped it right now while typing ;)

Wicked fast on the Draw by far (Less than a second or two i believe) Yes yes i know thats slow :D

I very much doubt this knife will get replaced anytime soon, but I am glad I found it now so for a while I think my knife obsession has cooled down.

I forgot to tell you it's an ayoob

so have you found your perfect knife or are still looking
take care

Actually two:
Spyderco C83 Persian and Caly3 :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Still looking.

Isn't that the truth! Still looking, while my knife case gets fatter & my wallet gets thinner.

Problem is, I find what I THINK is the perfect knife, but it seems to get replaced with another knife that I end up picking up.

Life was so much easier when I just used to carry my Emerson CQC7 & left it at that. Didn't try out other knives. Ignorance was bliss...

I have always found the perfect knife to be the one you dont have:grumpy:

So I buy that one...and then another one is perfect....its a vicious cycle.

While I agree that the "perfect" knife is still in development somewhere, for now it's my Kershaw Mini Cyclone Ti/ZDP.

My perfect knife should be here around the end of November....from Buck's custom shoppe!:)

For now it's still the Alaskan Guide Buck 110.

So far, my large Micarta Sebenza is the new standard for my perfect knife. The handle to blade ratio is perfect, the comfort and versatility of the handle design is unmatched, the little touches of perfection throughout the knife delight me and the exquisitely executed framelock and pivot bushing give me a lock up and action that is so smooth and yet so unwaveringly solid that I have a whole new standard for what I expect from a knife. I could go on, even.

Buck 110, standard configuration, or SchradeUSA 70T, 60T, or LB7. If it came down to only owning only one knife, I could be happy with one of those.

thx - cpr

I'm okay with holding off on actually finding my perfect knife. I'm having too much fun filtering it out.

I buy about 10 perfect knives a year. It's an ongoing problem. I always come back to a CRK product.

I don't know- I like my WH, I love my Mnandi, but I carry & use my Mini-Griptilian everyday. It's not fancy or expensive, but it is just perfect in so many ways!

What's perfect for one use is not necessarily good for another, which is why I still haven't found the "perfect" knife. I'm stunned that in all the fifty-something years I've been around that "they" haven't found some space age material that is light as a feather, virtually unbreakable and keeps its edge forever.

I'm also disappointed that knives come in only two flavors: chocolate and vanilla.

When I was in school, cameras were all silver. Then they offered black ones that were about $15-20 extra. Revolvers were black (blued), but stainless (silver) were $40-50 extra. Now knives are mostly silver, but black ones cost about $10 extra for decent makes. (A Spyderco black body and blade will cost you about that much more than a stainless.) How about knives with teflon finishes with famous people emblazoned across them in color? You know, like Robert E. Lee? Douglas MacArthur? Amanda Tapping?

We're long overdue for some designer blades. All I'm sayin' is if they could do it for my lunch boxes back in the early 60s, they can design something for my knife that will make it a real collectable.

I'd like a wood-scaled 710, but the G10 is satisfactory and gives the knife a nice monochrome effect. Functionally, however, it does just about everything right. Even it's size has grown on me.
