  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I gave up trying

I have a few knives in my modest collection and some will come and go but my 21 is here to stay .

OK, never say never. After someone recommended one, I bought that Olamic Wayfarer 247. Most of a week now carrying it. I still love the Sebenza but, the 247 is better to me. The high points are; the handle shape fits perfect in my hand, the curve settles in as it was designed to fit a human hand, not a rectangle. The pivot bearings, makes for one slick flipper. The blade steel (m390) is the toughest going right now. The ramp cut in the blade for the ceramic ball to ease closing. The quality of the materials used. The notch in the top, rear corner of the handle that lets your finger find it's way to the flipper horn naturally.

I'll still carry a Sebenza, but also this Wayfarer 247 is now in rotation. Right now and this past week, it's dominated pocket duty.
