I'd get a full decked out Jesper Voxnaes design with ti, CF & damasteel.
 
An older Chris Reeve, maybe an older annual with some beautiful wood inlay, unique graphic with Damascus, Night Sky or something like that. Some of these are probably over 2k though.

Randall Special Fighter - border patrol handle and nickel silver guard. Had two, and like the others had to sell them. So for a 2k freebie, yeah I could spring for a 1k pricey knife I don't actually have a need for but would really like. 😁
 
Probably another Demko AD20. I would have no need for a $2k knife. If I had one it would sit in the drawer and I would end up carrying one of my AD20's.
